Working with clarity and care

These terms outline how ZeeDesigns works with clients to deliver high-quality design services in a transparent and respectful manner.

1. Scope of Services

Our services include branding, logo design, social media graphics, print-ready designs, and digital content creation. A written project brief will outline the agreed deliverables. Requests outside the initial scope may be subject to new terms or additional fees.

2. Payment Terms

A 40% initial deposit is required to begin the project. Depending on the project type (e.g. branding or multi-phase work), subsequent payments may be split into phases. However, full payment is required before final submission of all deliverables. No final files will be released until the full balance has been cleared.

3. Project Timeline

Turnaround times are provided based on project type and availability. Delays in providing feedback, content, or payment from the client may result in project extensions.

4. Revisions

All packages include a limited number of revisions (usually 2–3). Minor edits are welcome, but significant changes or multiple rounds of revisions outside the package may incur extra costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete content (text, brand assets, images, etc.) in a timely manner. ZeeDesigns will not be held liable for errors in client-provided materials.

6. Copyright & Ownership

Once full payment is made, the client receives ownership of the final, approved designs. All unused concepts, rejected drafts, and early-stage versions remain the sole property of ZeeDesigns and may not be used or modified without permission.

7. Use of Work in Portfolio

ZeeDesigns reserves the right to showcase completed and approved designs in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested in writing before project launch.

8. Communication & Working Hours

Our standard communication channels are email and WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). Urgent requests outside these hours may attract a rush fee.

9. File Formats & Delivery

Final files are delivered in common formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, or Canva link (when applicable). Editable source files are included only if specified in the package or requested beforehand.

10. Refund Policy

If ZeeDesigns cancels a project before any design phase has been completed, the initial 40% deposit will be refunded in full. If any design material has been approved and accepted by the client, only subsequent payments for future phases may be refunded—depending on the status of work.

If the client chooses to cancel the project at any point, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including the initial deposit.

11. Confidentiality

All project materials, communication, and design concepts will be treated with confidentiality. Client materials will not be shared with third parties without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

ZeeDesigns will not be liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of final designs. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve designs before publishing or printing.

13. Design Credits

Unless otherwise agreed, ZeeDesigns may include a small credit line (“Design by ZeeDesigns”) on print or digital materials, especially web graphics, which can be removed upon request.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a project and making the initial payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them when booking future services.
